the bases of the flat-pack house
Made of LVLQ section 260/45, the starter rail will be used to lay the first bed of insulated blocks. The starter beam is the wooden element on which the self-construction will be based. With the same cross-section as the starter beam, the top beam simultaneously connects the entire belt and accommodates the floor elements. The top and bottom rails are held together by vertically fixed rafters. The top rail, made of glulam, is the wooden element that will serve as the upper belt of the self-built structure.
